A printed paper instruction sheet with disposable gloves, applied directly onto paper through an automated welding process. Designed to be included in self-application hair colouring kits but is also suitable for cosmetic and pharmaceutical use as a protective disposable item.

The printed paper roll and the plastic film roll are processed in-line on the same machine and the gloves are weld directly onto the paper, ensuring perfect adhesion, precision, and hygiene.

The folding gives the finished product the compactness of a package insert.

White Paper
– Weight: 50 g/m²
– Excellent print quality (up to 4 colours)
– Customizable format and double-sided printing

Plastic Film for Gloves
– LDPE: flexible, durable, thickness 30 µ
– EVA: silkier to the touch, more elastic, thickness 35 µ
Both materials ensure comfort and protection and are available in transparent or coloured versions.
