From 19 to 21 May, the Bergamo Exhibition Centre will host the sixth edition of IVS – Industrial Valve Summit, the international event dedicated to the industrial valve sector and flow control technologies. A continuously growing event that today represents an important observatory on the changes shaping the industrial and energy sectors.
The 2026 edition marks new records: 416 companies from 20 countries will take part, with strong growth in the international presence and an expansion of the exhibition area to four halls. However, the most interesting aspect concerns above all the topics and themes that will drive the Summit.
IVS 2026 will focus on some of the main areas of development in today’s industry: artificial intelligence applied to production and supply chains, additive manufacturing, process digitalisation, hydrogen, next-generation nuclear energy, renewable energy sources and technologies for CO₂ capture.
Great attention will also be given to materials and the performance requirements of complex industrial environments, with a focus on corrosion resistance, sealing technologies, surface treatments and high-performance applications. These topics highlight how innovation, reliability and material quality are becoming increasingly central elements across the entire industrial supply chain.
