Host Milano 2023 concluded on October 17 with record-breaking numbers. Over 180,000 professional visitors attended the 43rd edition, which, according to the organizers, was on par with the best years. During the five days of the fair, the Carte Dozio stand served as a key point of reference for our long-standing clients as well as for new contacts, many of whom came from abroad.
The magazine Coffee Today conducted an interview with Martina Dozio, Head of Quality Systems at Carte Dozio, and Marco Schiavon, CEO of Caffè Borbone, on current sustainability topics, waste management, and best practices that should equally involve both companies and consumers.
The next HostMilano 2025 is already scheduled for October 17–21.
