OIL&GAS

Naval
In the naval sector, Cortec® products provide an innovative form of corrosion protection.
It will no longer be necessary to use polyurethane foam to protect inaccessible parts of the hull; instead, it will be sufficient to use VpCI 609 powder to achieve long-lasting preservation while reducing the flammability risk associated with foam. The powder product can be fogged into various parts of the hull: fins, rub rails, gunwales, rudders, bulwarks, bulbous bows, swim platforms, etc.
The VpCI vapors will reach all metal surfaces, preventing oxidation.
Cortec® emitters and sponges can be used to protect all electronic components as well.

Electronics
